Moving from Microsoft 365 or personal Gmail to Google Workspace.
We plan and run the move as a fixed-price project, then manage your Workspace afterwards if you want us to.
Why businesses move
Cost
One Google licence per person covers email, calendar, files and video calls.
Simplicity
Fewer apps and settings to learn, and fewer places for things to go wrong.
One login
Staff sign in once, with 2-step sign-in, to reach email, calendar and files.
Shared drives
Files live in shared drives owned by your business, not in one person’s account.
What moves
- Every mailbox, with its folders.
- Contacts
- Personal and shared contacts.
- Calendars
- Appointments, recurring events and shared calendars.
- Files
- OneDrive, SharePoint or personal Drive files, moved into shared drives.
- Shared mailboxes
- Set up again in Google Workspace, so addresses like reception@ keep working.
How we avoid downtime
Plan
We map every mailbox, calendar and file, and agree a date with you.
Switch
Files and calendars are copied ahead of time; email switches over a weekend.
Support
We’re on hand as staff sign in for the first time.
A fixed-price project, quoted before you commit. Managing it afterwards is optional.
Questions about moving
Q.01Will our email stop during the move?
No. Email keeps arriving throughout. We switch delivery over a weekend, and anything sent during the switch is moved across.
Q.02What happens to our old files?
They’re copied into shared drives in Google Workspace before the switch. Your old account stays readable until you’re happy everything has moved.
Q.03Do staff need training?
A short session before the move is usually enough. On the Monday we’re on hand to help anyone who gets stuck.
