See who is sending email as you
If your spoofing protection is set to send you reports, they arrive as zipped files that are hard to read. Our free report reader turns them into a plain-English list of every service sending as you, and tells you when it’s safe to tighten your settings.
Questions about the check
Q.01What does the check look at?
Only public DNS records for your domain: the ones every mail server in the world reads when it sends you email or receives email from you. It can’t see inside your mailbox, your Google or Microsoft account, or any email you’ve sent.
Q.02Do you keep the domain I check?
No. Your browser sends the domain to this website, which looks up its public records through Cloudflare’s public DNS service and sends the answers back. The domain isn’t saved or logged. To stop abuse, we count how many checks come from each connection for one minute.
Q.03Why might a result be wrong?
Signing keys (DKIM) can be published under any name, and we look for the common ones, so a key with a custom name won’t show. Records changed in the last hour or so may not show yet either. For a second opinion, the NCSC runs a free Email Security Check.
Q.04What’s the safe order to fix things in?
Senders list and signing first, then spoofing protection in monitor-only mode while you read the reports, then tighten it one step at a time. Tightening too early can send your own email to spam, which is why the result gives you the steps in order.
Q.05Can you fix it for us?
Yes. We usually start with a Security Review, which checks your email setup along with the rest of your Google Workspace. Its fix plan sets out the changes in a safe order, priced before you commit. Book a call or send a message below.
